We are committed to delivering top-tier bridal styling services that ensure you look and feel your absolute best on your big day. To ensure seamless collaboration, we have established the following terms and conditions. Once you engage our services, you agree to adhere to these policies.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
- Full payment is required before service commencement. Once you confirm your booking and we draw up a proposal, payment must be made in full before any work begins. No exceptions.
- Any initial deposit made is non-refundable, as it covers consultation, proposal drafting, and pre-service engagements.
- Payments must be made via agreed channels. We do not accept partial payments after service delivery.
2. SERVICE SCOPE & VENDOR COLLABORATION
- Whether you have sourced vendors yourself or require our recommendations, our agreed fee remains unchanged.
- Our role is styling and consulting—ensuring that your bridal wardrobe vision is executed flawlessly. We are not responsible for vendor delays, last-minute cancellations, or quality inconsistencies from external vendors.
- Any extra requests outside the agreed service package will attract additional charges.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients must be available for fittings, styling sessions, and trials on scheduled dates. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in additional charges.
- Clients are expected to communicate clearly and professionally. Disrespect, rudeness, or unreasonable demands will not be tolerated, and services may be discontinued without a refund.
- TEMS Bridal Atelier is not responsible for last-minute changes, weight fluctuations, or alterations needed due to size differences after final fittings.
4. STYLING DAY POLICY
- Our team will be on-site for the agreed styling duration. Any additional time beyond this will attract an overtime fee.
- Any required travel or logistics expenses for fittings, styling, or wedding day execution will be covered by the client.
- TEMS Bridal Atelier provides styling services, not dressmaking or alterations. However, we can recommend reliable vendors.
5. VENDOR REFERRALS, PAYMENTS & POLICIES
At TEMS Bridal Atelier, we take pride in working with professional, reliable, and trustworthy vendors. When we recommend vendors, we ensure they have been vetted based on their professionalism, past work, and service quality. However, please note:
- All payments for vendors we refer must go through us. Once a vendor is selected and an invoice is provided, all payments should be made to TEMS Bridal Atelier, and we will disburse to the vendor accordingly. This ensures proper monitoring of the entire process while maintaining adherence to agreed payment policies.
- Each vendor has their own policies and terms of service. We respect their policies and will not interfere in their payment structures, work timelines, or refund terms.
- While we do our best to recommend credible and professional vendors, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise between a client and a vendor.
- If you experience any concerns with a vendor we recommended, we strongly advise early communication so that we can assist in resolving issues as soon as possible.
- If a client chooses to work with their own vendors, we are not responsible for any delays, miscommunications, or service failures on their part.
- Last-minute vendor replacements or changes may attract additional styling coordination fees.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Once booked, our service fee is non-refundable.
- Refund fee in cases of canceled, postponed or rescheduled wedding is 50% of the deposited booking percentage ..
- If a wedding is postponed or canceled, a rescheduling fee may apply for new styling dates, to avoid this, please we strongly advise early communication
- If for any reason, TEMS Bridal Atelier must withdraw from a project (e.g., due to non-compliance with these terms), the client forfeits any refund.
7. IMAGE & MEDIA RIGHTS
- TEMS Bridal Atelier reserves the right to use photos and videos of our work for promotional purposes. If a client wishes to withhold media usage, this must be communicated in writing before the wedding.
- Credits must be given when posting our work on social media.
8. LEGAL ENFORCEMENT
- Any breach of this agreement, including refusal to pay after service has been rendered, may lead to legal action.
- By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
